• Send drawings or a clear part description, material, dimensions, operations, tolerances and expected production quantities.
• Explain any special workholding, support, threading or live-tool requirements.

Machine and workshop requirements

• Include a preferred model if known, controller preference, chuck or spindle needs, and required options.
• Confirm the workshop voltage, frequency, phase, available space and installation conditions rather than assuming a standard supply.

Destination and quotation scope

• Provide the destination state, preferred port, delivery target and the documents you need our team to review.
• Technical suitability, installation arrangements, delivery responsibilities and commercial terms must be confirmed in the individual quotation and order.
