Website analytics notice

This website uses first-party aggregate analytics stored on the HASE server: public page views, device and referral categories, and clicks on WhatsApp, email, telephone, brochures and Facebook links. Clicks do not confirm a sent message or an order.

The analytics script uses no cookies or browser storage. It does not read customer messages, email addresses, phone numbers or form content, and does not transmit page query strings or full referrer URLs. The server temporarily uses network addresses and a device category to derive a daily changing pseudonym. The analytics database stores neither raw network addresses nor full user agents, and does not link visitors across days.

Analytics events are kept for 90 days to understand product-page performance. Browser DNT and GPC signals are honored; known bots are excluded. Infrastructure access logs are separate and may retain request information under the server operations configuration.

The server uses a local IP database to estimate and store country or region, province or state, and city for aggregate geography reports. Visitor IP addresses are not sent to third parties. Proxies, VPNs and network gateways affect accuracy; this is not a visitor’s precise location. The analytics database stores no raw IP addresses, coordinates, street addresses or ISP details. Geography events also expire after 90 days. Earlier events remain unrecorded; missing cities are shown as unidentified.

Page engagement and product search

After enablement we estimate visible foreground time, pause after 60 seconds without interaction, exclude hidden tabs and cap each page at two hours. Updates are attempted every 15 seconds and when leaving; network or browser limits may undercount. These are anonymous page records, not identified customers or complete sessions. Historical duration is not reconstructed. On-site search transmits only public product titles, categories or an other-search category; typed queries are not stored. Search-engine keywords cannot be recovered when not provided.

Contact invitation

A dismissible invitation may appear after about 20 visible seconds. WhatsApp opens only when clicked. Session storage hase-contact-invitation remembers dismissal in this tab session, contains no visitor identity and is not used for analytics. The regular WhatsApp icon remains available.

Human consultation on this website

Only after you actively send a message and consent do we store the message, name, contact details, source product page and time on HASE servers, separately from anonymous analytics. Inquiries are used for human follow-up and retained for 180 days after last activity. They are not sent to AI or third-party chat platforms. Do not submit passwords, identity documents or payment information.

A necessary HttpOnly secure session cookie lets the same browser view its own conversation, for up to 180 days. Clearing cookies, using another browser or the other domain may lose access in this window; saved owner records remain.
