What affects a CNC lathe quotation?
A useful price comparison starts with the same workpiece requirements, machine configuration and delivery scope. A model name alone does not define a complete quotation.
Machining size and workholding
- Clarify the workpiece diameter, length, material, required operations and quantity.
- Compare the relevant original specifications for swing, center distance, spindle bore, chuck and support requirements.
Configuration and options
- Discuss the controller, turret, live-tool requirements, tailstock, chip handling and electrical supply where relevant.
- Confirm which items are included and which are optional.
Packing and delivery scope
- Provide the destination and preferred delivery scope so packing, transport and documentation can be discussed.
- Send a drawing and configuration requirements for an individual quotation. Final price, inclusions and commercial terms are confirmed by our team.
