Who we are

哈斯精机科技（盐城）有限公司, operating under the HASE Servo Motors brand ("HASE", "we", "us"), is responsible for personal information we receive when you submit our Facebook or Instagram lead enquiry form. Our website is https://www.hase-cnc.cn.

Information we collect

Our lead form asks for your name, email address, WhatsApp number, company name, business type, and details about your application, required motor power or model, and quantity. We also receive information you choose to provide in later conversations about your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information in this form.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, understand your servo motor and drive kit requirements, provide product specifications and quotations, and follow up on the same enquiry by email or WhatsApp. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated promotional messages. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Access and sharing

Within HASE, access is limited to the relevant sales personnel who need your information to handle your enquiry. We use email and WhatsApp to communicate with you, so the providers of those services also process information involved in those communications under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your enquiry information. We may disclose information where required by applicable law.

Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are operated by Meta. Their collection and handling of information on their platforms are governed by their own privacy policies, including https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/ and https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy. This notice describes how HASE handles information received from your enquiry.

International handling

HASE is based in China. When you enquire from India or another country, your enquiry information will be received and handled by HASE in China. Email and messaging providers may also process information in other countries according to their privacy policies. Applicable privacy protections may differ between countries. We will comply with applicable requirements for handling and transferring personal information.

Retention and protection

For enquiries that do not result in a sale, we retain your enquiry information for no more than 12 months after submission, then delete or anonymise it. If an enquiry results in a sale, we retain the records needed to manage the business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We limit internal access to relevant sales personnel and take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.

Your choices and requests

Contact haseautomation@gmail.com to ask about the information we hold, request access, correction or deletion, withdraw permission for further enquiry follow-up, or raise a privacy concern. We will process requests in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity. You may also tell us directly in a WhatsApp conversation to stop contacting you. We will stop further enquiry follow-up on request and delete information when requested, except where retention is required by applicable law.
